Account & Data Deletion
QuickKirana (www.quickkirana.in) lets you permanently delete your customer account and personal data. Choose in-app instant deletion or submit a web / email request. This page is publicly available for Google Play Data Safety compliance and does not require login.
Option 1 — In-app instant deletion
The fastest way if you still have the QuickKirana Android app or website session:
- Open QuickKirana and sign in with your registered mobile number.
- Go to Profile / My Account → Account Settings (or open My Account).
- Tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation, type DELETE, and confirm.
Your account is removed immediately on the server, local auth tokens, cart state, and branch cache are cleared, and you are signed out.
Option 2 — Web / email request
If you cannot use the in-app flow, email support@quickkirana.in with your registered mobile number. We process deletion requests within 7 business days. You can also note your request below and open a pre-filled email.
Data retention disclosure
Permanently deleted: your profile (name, phone login identity, email), saved delivery addresses, active sessions / auth tokens, and device-cached cart and branch data after logout or successful deletion.
Retained (anonymised): completed order invoices and related transaction records required for legal, tax, and accounting compliance. These records are not used for marketing and are kept only as long as applicable law requires.
